Just read your article in the Star Telegram, and went immediately to your web page. I love all thing Parisean, although I have never been there. I know how you fell about Tex-Mex food. I'm from Florida. and although I love seafood, I have to have my Tex-Mex.
Everytime we go to Mexico, and can't wait to get home to my favorite food.
It would be neat if a bunch of us Texas gals, could get together, and all go to Paris to your cooking school, and a littel sightseeing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone interested?

Bonjour, ya'll! I just came across your site and LOVE it! I'm a Ft. Worth girl, living in Minnesota now (God help us), but pining for Paris. I know what you mean about being homesick....no Tex Mex! How I miss the chips at Mexican Inn in Fort Worth and Bedford.

IF you would, please follow me on Twitter at @enchantedtravel
and I write a France Travel blog www.enchanted-traveler.com

You're living my dream! I make it over yonder to France several times a year, but it's not enough. I was born with cornbread and tortillas, but I have croissant dreams!

Adios, and a bientot!
