		<description>I tried your Roquefort breadsticks, and they are too good for mere words to describe!  I couldn&#039;t make them look like yours, and since I was preparing them for 120, I decided instead to make each pastry sheet into a jelly-roll, and then cut them into 1 to 1 1/4 inch slices.  Works great that way too.  Anyway, they got rave reviews and many recipe requests!</description>
