Food Arts Mag Spotlights Cowgirl Tacos

For those of you who have already seen the little article about me in the current issue of Food Arts magazine, I’m sorry to hit you with this again, but dang it, good press like this doesn’t come along that often, and when it does,I just gotta toot my horn while the horn’s there for tootin’.

The wonderful food writer, Julie Mautner, who lives in St. Remy de Provence, wrote the Food Arts piece, between flying back and forth to the U.S., where she’s working on a cookbook based on the wildly popular South Beach Wine and Food Festival (slated to come out in February, 2011, to coincide with the festival’s 10th anniversary), writing for Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Travel & Leisure, among others, and her own travel and food online magazine/blog, The Provence Post (which you absolutely must check out for great ideas on where to sleep and eat in Provence). Whew!

So, a big ‘ol mercito Julie and to all of you, too, for your continued — and enthusiastic — support. After two big cooking classes and a catering gig on Saturday, I’m taking off my cowgirl boots and am planning to relax…I’m lifting my Frenchy sea salt-rimmed margarita glass right now!
